I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab
The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked a cab on Dec ** **** from Banaglore Airport to Marathahalli. Total bill for the ride was **** and I had paid during the ride thruogh Google pay. But it showed as payment failed and amount got debited. the driver claimed that the payment was not reflecting so I had paid the cash directly to driver. The same amount was also debited from my account and paid to ola. So i had charged twice.
I had called the driver and asked for repayment he confirmed it and said will reverse the money but he didnt.now he is not answering my call.
