I have visited Big Bazar in BM Habitat Mall in Mysore on ** April ****. I was charged Rs. ** for the carry bag which had their company name and logo. The carry bag is clearly a symbol of advertisement. I purchased approx Rs.**** worth items and was charged extra ** rupees for the carry bag which should be provided free of cost for two reasons:-
*. It should be a service provided by the company.
*. It is clearly a product of their advertisement as it has a company name and logo.
When I spoke to their incharge he said you have to pay this or take all your stuff in your hands. He was so rude and I had to suffer through so much mental disturbance. I tried to convince him but he was just ignoring me after.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
