Aid Education Malappuram - certificate not getting after completed 4 years

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of progress in my application for a B.Com certificate. I have completed my degree exam * years ago, and yet I still have not received my certificate or any compensation. Even worse, you have changed the name of my university also and I still have not received anything.

This situation is completely unacceptable, and it has been going on for far too long. As such, I am demanding that you provide me with either a full refund of all fees paid and the compensation or a B.Com certificate immediately.

I hope that this issue will be resolved quickly and in accordance with the policies outlined by your institution. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know how you plan to resolve this problem promptly.

I have all the evidence necessary to move forward with a legal case and I hope you can understand why this may be necessary if my requests remain unanswered.
