Galaxy chocolates - Cashback was promised but didn t receive

Galaxy chocolates were offering ***% cashback on their products. I bought that product and registered for cashback. After ** days , they are saying that we have send your gift card through text message now we can't resend that to you. I did not receive any text message from their side. This is completely wrong please kindly look into my matter.
