Cox & Kings - cashback not received

We have booked a honeymoon package "marvels of Europe" through Cox & kings. They had an offer on the Hdfc card i.e. **% cashback if I pay **, *** through Hdfc card. I have done a transaction of Rs. **, ***/- through my Hdfc card on **/**/**** and as per terms and conditions the cashback would reflect in my account after ** days.
The due date has crossed and I have not received the cashback of Rs ****/- yet. My booking id is - *******.

I have raised this request with the Hdfc bank also but the bank told that the merchant has not listed my Hdfc credit card for cashback. I have attached email as received from the bank.
