Xolo - Cashback not received

I had booked redmi note * on **sep** at that time *% cashback offer was there on sbi card payment. I got mobile after that I had talked to customer care about cashback they told I will get after * months. * months also completed still I not got cashback.I had talked many times to customer care but not reliable answer yet received Mo. No. ********** my order ****************
