We had booked * tickets CHENNAI - VARANASI - CHENNAI on **.**.**** / **.**.****.
Most of us are senior citizens and we had planned to fulfil our religious duties to our forefathers and to pray in Kashi Vishwanath, Mata Annapoornai, Shankata Mochan Hanuman in Kashi, Gaya and Allahabad. We had made all the necessary arrangements in these places.
Unfortunately due to severe Corona second wave and strict restrictions imposed by the Government, entry into temples, Ganga mata ghats etc. are prohibited. In view of this we were forced to cancel our tickets.
Indigo Airlines have issued Fare Refund as detailed below : -
A total amount of Rs,**,***/= has been credited by the Airlines to Happyeasygo towards Fare Refund.
We are shocked to note that Airlines has deducted **% of the amount credited by Indigo and paid the customer only Rs.****.
