I had booked a ticket on **/**/**** to travel from chennai to trivandrum on **/**/****, but the amount was debited from my account of Rs *****/- and no ticket /PNR was issued.
I had sent more than ** mails to indigo customer service and received mail it will be refund. But still now its not yet credited and its ** th day.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
