Jaronkha - Cash not credited in my account

I had ordered a dress from Jatonkha and it was very tacky .I followed their policy of returns.Very next day I packed it neatly and sent it back to them. Theyhad their guy to pick it up from my place.Since **th Nov ,I've been struggling witth them ,with several phone calls and trying to pursue them so that they credit my money into my account.Intially,they said I had sent a wrong details of my bank account and haddeclined to refund it.So ,I sent them * other details to them.
Neither they connect you to their account department nor will they personally do anything about it.All they have a sugar coated words saying that it will be done and are least interested in threats.They have just trained to be polite and send you regular emails..This is just to keep you in tenterhooks.They really test your patience.This is the first time ,I bought something from online.Will neverake this mistake again.
