Apollo Pharmacy - Carelessness of an Apollo pharmacy staff

Hii,
On **th November night at at around *:** my Mother haa suffered with pain in lungs. My father expected it as a Gastric problem and rushed to nearest Apollo pharmacy where he observed the serious carelessness of the staff. Firstly the shutter was opened only by */*th(which should be opened **/* as mentioned) and later got reply that there is no Stock of Medicine for gastric problem in the form of both tablets and Syrup. I don't think a pharmacy which is as big and popular as Apollo pharmacy wouldn't have stock of medicine for gastric problem in both forms (Tablets, Capsules or syrup). I feel it's purely because of the negligence and recklesness of the particular staff. It is not at all a small issue. Luckily there is an another Pharmacy a couple of kilometres away and got the required medicine. If not I can't even imagine the consequences. It could have cost a life .
So I request the concerned authorities to check for the authenticity of particular staffs claim of OUT OF STOCK. If not take appropriate disciplinary action against him.
