I made a credit card payment of Rs *****.** through Mobikwik on Aug *st ****. The amount debited from my account but my bill not paid to the beneficiary. I contacted my credit card bank, they stated they have not received the money. So I have contacted my source bank they stated that the transaction was successful. So I contacted Mobikwik help they stated transaction was unsuccessful but till now **th Aug ****, I have not received my money back. The Mobikwik help not taking this concern seriously. I paid debt interest of Rs **** + GST for my credit card. Kindly do the needful.
