- Car not getting delivered Open
**/*/**: Customer service. Have been trying to call Mukesh who picked my car then ravish from operations and their support number from last * days. No one is answering the calls. I was told my car will be delivered in */* days. It's been ** days but no communication is given regarding the delay. I was told I would be updated continuously from the loading till offloading of the car but not one picture was shared. Strongly advice not to use their services. Agarwal is expensive but totally worth it.
Another update, **/*/**: It's been ** days from the time my car has been picked up and all this while I was told lies that there's no driver to deliver my car. Today I came to know Xpress move did not make payment to the transportation company. The money which was taken from me has not been given to them. This company is amazing in lying and deceit. Strongly advice not to use their services.
Update, **/**/**. It's been ** days and these incompetent so-called professionals have not delivered my car. Payment is not yet done by them to the transportation company. Mr Ravish has blocked my number so that I cannot call him. Their support number as mentioned in their site told me not to call her and that car be delivered when it can be. Mr Ashish said he will check on my car and call me back with updates no call yet received. There have been so many instances where they have said they will call back but they never have.
