- Car damaged at Pitstop service center Open
I have recently had * orders with pitstop to get my car repaired.
First Order #****** - Rear bumper painting
*. Finishing is very poor
*. Visible spots on the bumper after painting
Second order #****** - Front bumper painting
Third order #****** - Front Bonnet painting
The second and third order was placed at the same time.
The list of problems and new damages are:
*. Front bumper has visible scratches, visible spots and dents
*. Front bumper has a lot of paint bubbles
*. The bonnet surface is uneven and ruff and has visible spots
*. Also front bumper is damaged after giving for repair
*. Both bumper and bonnet finishing is worst
*. Left and right fender damaged
*. Left and right doors have new dents after giving to service
*. Left and right side indicator caps and DDIS logo in painted
*. Driver seat has paint droplets
**. Steering cover has paint droplets
**. Front dashboard has Paint droplets
**. Headlight edges inside and outside painted
**. Under chassis of the car is also painted
**. Bumper bottom also incomplete paint
All the above mentioned problems are new damages after the vehicle was picked.
My pitstop service advisor is Mr. Prashanth(**********)
He promised and convinced me that any mistake will be rectified and repaired again.
And took away my vehicle to the same garage again.
And again after * long days, its not repaired correctly, unprofessional work and mishandling of car is evident.
And pitstop service advisor Mr. Prashanth is again asking me to take the vehicle to the same garage and get it done.
The garage and staff are very unprofessional and I wonder how pitstop has tie-ups with such garages.
There is no proper paint booth available.
The bumpers and bonnet was painted without removing them which has damaged under chassis, headlight, side indicators, side logos with paint.
My car has new damages over the body, I am not even sure that the bumper was painted, because it has scratches.
I had requested Mr. Prashanth to make a video of the painting which he agreed too but later refused to send me any video providing silly reasons.
I don't know how other pitstop customers have been treated but I have had an awful experience with Pitstop.
The damages and repairs costs add up to Rs.*****.

I had left for my car service at pitstop. But they have not repaired my car properly and also have made new damages to my car, for which I am at loss. Also there is no response from their end....
