Subject: Immediate Resolution Needed for Prolonging Issues with XUV *** Service Experience

I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing the unresolved issues with my XUV *** AX*L Diesel MT Variant, despite previous actions taken by Mahindra. My problems persist and have severely impacted my confidence in the brand.
Upon delivery of my vehicle on March *, ****, I noticed a steering alignment issue, which I reported immediately. Despite assurances, the problem persisted and worsened after my second service on May *, ****, at AMPL Girugambakkam Chennai Service Center. Multiple concerns, including ventilated seats and cabin noise, were not resolved, and I experienced a critical clutch malfunction emitting a burnt odor shortly after the service.
Buying this car was a dream come true for me. However, these ongoing issues have turned my joy into disappointment. As a manual transmission enthusiast, I chose Mahindra for its smooth clutch operation, but now I regret my decision. The stress and inconvenience caused by these problems are affecting my daily life and work, especially considering the significant financial investment of ** lakhs.
Despite lodging complaints through the Mahindra app and direct communication with service personnel, there has been no satisfactory resolution. I am even willing to pay labor charges, but my concerns are not being taken seriously.
I implore the senior management at Mahindra to intervene urgently and provide a swift and effective resolution. Thank you for your immediate attention. I eagerly anticipate your prompt response and resolution.
