On *th November **** i ordered one smart watch crossbeats ignite s* max from crossbeats ( Order Id ******). Paid the price **** Rupees via 'Google Pay'. Then on the same day i tried to cancel the order but i could not. So upon delivery on **th November **** (**-**-****) i refused to take the order . So it automatically got cancelled. Then on **rd November **** ( **-**-**) the product reached back to the company. Then i tried to contact the company through WhatsApp and Email to get back the refund because upon non delivery they should pay me back the refund as per the company refund policy. But they are not giving me any proper reply, they dont even response to my mail anymore..please help me get my money back. I'm attaching Blue dart way bill number- Waybill No *********** ( Blue dart) and a few screenshots
