- Cancelled our Tour Package but refunded us ^Open

On **/**/**** I booked a package for a couple of honeymoon trips, we paid ***** INR to his business account ( attached the transaction copy ). He did not provide us Voucher for advance in my company or client name, he also did not provide itinerary details for the trip. When the lockdown was announced, my client immediately cancelled the trip and demanded a refund. Mr Gopinath denied giving money and also hotel names, where he paid the advance. In Aug ****, I tried reaching him and asked for repayment, he also accepted to reply to the money before Jan **th ( I attach the Whatsapp conservation as proof). Now he Blocked me and avoid the calls and said he cant pay any money. My client is in some medical emergency and they force me to pay and I request Gopinath many times to repay. he acts very smart and behaves rudely. I am mentally disturbed because of him and I demand my client money *****. I faced reputation loss and I demand compensation for my losses. I hope the consumer court will do the needful things to solve these issues. we are helpless. Note: He blocked us in Whatsapp and other apps that we cant contact him Thank you
