- Cancelled my order after 10 days by delivery guy and customer care forcible closed my chat ^Closed

I ordered on ** november. The delivery guy called me that he took the parcel at tathawade and misplaced and said that I will get the order by next day as on *st December. Now I see the order got cancelled, my question is why, without my will, how can you cancel my order. Why the delivery guy is cancelling my order which is done by me. Do he has all the rights to cancel or posses himself owner of the company, I went to customer care part, no call connected. Meesho calls never gets connected after * pm, in chat a agent forcefully closes my chat named RAJAN, threatens to close the chat, without taking any complaint against delivery guy. Also denied all my chats, unfocused agent careless to help me. MEESHO UNSTABLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS !!! I WANT MY ORDER Sub Order ID ************_*
