Patanjali Aarogya Private Limited - Cancelled but amount not refunded

I placed an order of amount inr **** on orderme app of patanjali ayurveda on **-july-**** and as they could not even ship the product by **-july-**** i had to cancel it and as per their policy i was to recieve my money by * days. But today even after almost **days, i did not recieved my refund. I am trying to reach out their customer care but they are such cheaters and frauds that they even dont recieve the call. The whatsapp chat number they have provided, nobody reply on that also. I mailed them and after various mails they just replied you will get cashback, we will call u back. When complained on twitter nobody replies. I found multiple similar issues being raised by many other customers but patanjali dont bother to even reply.
