Its been more than a month since I have cancelled the bike and more than ** days have passed since I have given the account details but still haven't received the refund or any process from your end. So will I get the refund or not??
While booking you guys says that no problem will arise in future for refund but now there is no response from your side.
The TAT was of only ** days but in my case its been more than *.* month and the representative says to wait couple of days on my every email on daily basis.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
