upgrad - Cancellation of EMI

Hi,
please help me please someone, the upgrad team did a scam on me and told me everyday live sessions will be there. From the first week itself i wanted to discontinue the course as there were no live lectures at all and all we need to do is watch a video from the website. we didnt paid money to watch some video. so i wanted to cancel the emi which upgrad did with me , i told them i dont want the refund of **** which i paid , i just want you to cancel the emi which u did from walnut ***. Upgrad then started forcing me to pay the full amount in the first week when i started the course then only it will cancelled or your cibil score will be there. They also told you can enroll someone else from your end in this program then they will cancel my emi. Please help me regarding this as this is really torturing my mind my health my sleep. They are fraud people running scams . And yes in our batch Essentials of programming with placement plus **** batch everybody is having a issue with the cancellation and these upgrad people are not cancelling somebody please help.
