Dear team,
I have been contacted from Byju's side regarding there SSLC course month ago, I found it helpful to my daughter and enrolled with Byju's course, where the sales representative made false promises and given false assurance now he is not helping me with the promises he has been made, I'm looking
forword to file a legal notice.
mentioned promises are been made to cheat.
*) Representative assured me that where as my daughter has discontinued her studies in *th grade due to covid, private exam can be conducted without TC he will help us to register with any concern University.
*) He assured us that there is State Syllabus available at the centre later i came to know that Byju's is not having state syllabus at there centre.
*) He also promised me saying that if student join in between the course they will prepare here from the starting of her course but akash centre is not ready to do this.
due to this certain reasons and false promises im trying to cancel my registration but its been a month i have not get any positive response from Byju's. kindly help me with this matter I'm worried because i have created ESC with education loan every month *k has to be paid kindly help me with the refund to this loan.
