Skilllync Eduvanz finance company - Cancellation for DADS Course Refund CIBIL score effect

I am M Ajay from Mahbubnagar(Dist.), Telangana(State). I completed my graduation in **** after that I am looking for software job because of my future. One of my local person told me about Skill-Lync institute so I contact to that person and I was Joined DADS course in Skill-Lync on Jan ****. I would like to you notice that fraud is happening in that institute because I am the Student I don’t know about loan & all those process, these people doing fraud on taking education loan on students kept some job profile on them and took loan without information to students and they simply loot the money with innocent people and kept condition paid that amount in emi process. While I enrol on that course Skill-Lync kept some conditions for getting job
……At least we have to complete * modules and get internship with cost of **,*** per month by using that internship amount you can pay emi, only from my pocket I have to pay * months emi after that we get job in reputation company with good salary that to work from home job like that they told.
After I pay for registration amount Rs. *,***/- for seat booking and gave my details like Aadhar card and PAN Card by using those documents they took loan Rs. *,**,***/- from Eduvanz finance company without my signature and I didn't accept anywhere. After they are asking about my job but at that time I was jobless. They asked tell me any shop or office near to your home so I told my relative shop name. By using that name, they take loan against me. At that time, I think that was course fee but after I get to know that was Education loan, they said I have to pay every month Rs.****/- and I don't know about loan process. After I was enrol in these course I get lot of negative reviews and feedbacks in different platforms, if I ask that thing to the employee they simply said don't think about negative feedbacks concentrate on the course. I believe them at that time, so I concentrate on my course I complete two modules within time after there is no response from there side and continuously change RM (Relation manager) if I ask any doubt to her they simply said we are not in that job kindly raise the ticket every time they said like these only, if I get any doubts on that course I was search in Google and some social platforms. Why I joined course on that institute whatever they provide course that is available in Youtube or google, but we want some guidance, doubt clarification and job assistance. One more point I have to tell, I refer to my own bother in this course on the same month because he is also looking for software job , so I referred to my brother, they said if you and your brother paid continuously * months emi & you will get referral money **,***/- to my account. After we both paid emi more than * months emi’s up to we didn’t get that amount. If we ask about that referral amount, they simply say these month you will get like that they told from June month onwards. Why these thing happen only there money is important what about us if we have any rules we have to follow and do for that otherwise why they kept rules?
So that is the reason I was not paid emi from August month ****, Eduvanz people continuously called and harass me and they are giving warning to me .If I skip only one month emi they did so many calls and messages but if we ask referral amount they prolong every month. Due to financial problem iam not continue on the course because for that much amount is possible to pay emi. Last month I spoke with previous students and get to know what is happening inside the Skill-Lync. If the way is good, everyone going that side, already some of the people know about that way why I am going that wrong way? At that time, I’m thinking about that situation whether that one is good or bad. If I ask about Skill-Lync institute from previous students, they told me lot of problems
Category (*) They complete their * modules and not even get internship
Category (*) They complete their * modules and get internship but up to not get any job they are waiting nearly one year or more for getting job. Even though whatever they provide internship that is also not much their expectations.
Category (*) They complete their * modules and get internship and job notification also but salary is low like * LPA, *.* LPA .... and that too far from away to their location.
These many problems are there for previous students how to I continue in that course?? how to I pay emi ****/- per month?? With ** months. At that time, I decided to cancel my course due to their situation if I continuously paying emis and learn the course what is the use its waste of time and money also, if I ask to them about cancellation they simply said you have to pay emis otherwise you will get legal notice like that they harass to students. In this situation we’re going depression and do something unnecessary things in my life who is responsible for my family. We have families and good reputation in my locality they simply send legal notice what is thing he faced. Please do something on these fraud people and take action on them. Not only me in that institute nearly in thousands people suffering for this issue. Try to look out these issue otherwise one generation total life is going in danger position because all are coming from poor family they have some expectations about their life if not happens they all are go depression. Please do something about on Skill-Lync Institute and Eduvanz finance team. Please do action and save lot peoples life.
