Revolt motors - Cancellation booking refund

I had been booked revolt motors on Oct **th and there is waiting period for *- * months,after waiting there is no confirmation of getting bike,extended another month with no guarantee for delivery date.so i cancelled booking from offline showroom in hyd where i booked,they said I'll get mail id to enter particular details of banking to refund with in ** days.of rs **k.but it's going on period for * month,still up to now i didn't get mail id or refunded my amount
