Within the allowed days we have filed cancellation by Email and phone call. They accepted but there is no confirmation or process to refund. Everyday they are harassing with so many calls to retain and cheated to collect EMI by saying it is part of cancellation process.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
