I want to close my subscription to one freedom and supersaver account.. however everytime when i email customer care they say you can do it through app.. however app is not showing any such options to cancel plan or anything.. i am being charged *** ₹ and *** ₹ monthly for the same via e mandate procedures.. kindly help me regarding this.. I have not taken any loan.. no transactions on their app.. it was a complete marketing fraud concealing all the important information about the fees charged and all ..
