I am kind customer of Mpokket since **** and have paid all money on due dates with interest and also I have applied for extension with some amount and it was done successfully but yesterday I.e **/**/**** i got call from team member and she spoke directly that should I call your father .Is this way they talk to customers .I said her earlier i have spoke to another staff person that give me * days time .Than she ended my call.But as everyone knows this **** year is of covid-**than they should give some more time as I have started earning right now and all what I had paid for this app amount .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
