I complained almost **th March days back about one of my contact number calls getting droped i was informed solution will be found on **th, and i got message on **th starting issues resolved if not send complaint # when i did they are requesting me to download their app which has same pattern the IVR has, when finally after en number of calls i reached their Executive at **:** am on **th March named Sonu Tiwari he stated his server is down call after * hrs, what is the use of **/* service, why has vodafone not updated in advance that their servers are down. we are unable to make nay calls through this number due to their services being poor..they have one so called whatsp service which is Robot itself no matter what you ask they have their templates to respond only about their offers...poor service and poor service agents will never let you all be number * someday...
