A cake was ordered at *PM, *th June, ****. Time of delivery was shown as between *-* PM. We did not receive a call till *PM. We received SMS stating product not in stock at *:** PM and cake was returned stating mobile not reachable. Reason stated was they waited for delivery for half an hour. Do not know where they waited. We have lost the money in booking.
