I placed an order of cake for Father's Day at around **am and the cake was supposed to be delivered between *-*pm. But it was not delivered within the time. When I tried to call winni support their number was continuously busy,also no one bothered to reply on chat or emails.Atleast they should inform that there will be a delay but we will deliver it.I could have wait.. After waiting for around *.** hrs I ordered another cake..It completed spoiled by party.
And at *pm I got a call to confirm the address.I don't want the cake anymore after my party is already spoiled I ordered another cake..Now I don't want the cake.Plz refund my money back.It spoiled my entire day following with them. Will never order from Winni in future.Worst experience ever.Plz don't spoil others happiness,I got a rply from delivery boy that today there was so many orders and he already informed the company,but no update was communicated to me by company, atleast be kind to keep your customer updated about any issue or delay.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

The cake i ordered was completely and totally different to the cake reached in the picture. No similarity at all, very bad quality as well. Plus the note to be given was also not given.
