I have ordered an cake combo of around **** then there is an option of same day delivery with express for *** INR, I placed the order for same day. It is an order total of ****, but later they didn't pickup the call and on chat service they said sorry we are not able to deliver can we deliver tomorrow,
*. Then why they charge for express delivery.
*. birthday is today so I will pay for express delivery to same delivery why I celebrate birthday on next day worst support.
*. Then i request to cancel. my order they said order is canceled will be refund in ** days but didn't got any notification of cancel order
