Netvision Awadh Networks Pvt Ltd - Cable operator not responding to any complaint

Cable operator took the axvan e for the cable package and post that do not respond to any complaint arising out of the bad network and lots of disturbance due to which I was not able to watch most of the channels which are of importance to me. Major of them were the news channels and the channels that carry out my company ads which I am supposed to track on a regular basis. I asked the operator many times to return my money back so that I could opt for another operator network in my area but to no avail. This leads to a loss of a lot of basic information that is very precious to me. Need strict action against this operator and claim the loss that has a least mentioned value for a common man. This is not less than mental harassment for me for which *.* lakh is very less.
