I booked a cab from Chennai to Bangalore **.**.**** at **:** AM. And paid the advance amount of INR.****/-. He didn't given the cab and also not lifted the phone. Then they called around **:** AM (After ** Hrs from trip) & apology for not given the cab service and said the refund INR.****/- of advance will be credited within ** Days. Since ** days passed the said refund not credited. I repetadly calling & send E-mail the I is no response from yatra. Because of yatra com I lost my appointment at Bangalore. So I directly lost my mony of **** & mentally stress. So kindly take this as a complaint and refund & loss of pay as per law. Booking details message attached.
