Bujys Education - Byjus Refund is not processing

On *nd October I enrolled my daughter for the Class *-* package.
My Counselor was Mr. Niket Mishra(**********)
I was being told the the following things by Mr. Niket Mishra.
*) Bujys has tie-up with most of the schools and my daughters School(Bharat Ram Global School Indirapuram) is also registered with Byjus. Hence the Syllabus will be in Sync with the School.
*) If I don't like Byjus then i have ** days of Free trial period in which i just need to drop a mail regarding the cancellation and it will be processed without asking any questions.
*) Trial period will start from the day I receive the SD Card.

I received my SD card on *th October.
My daughter attended a few classes but I found that it's not at all in Sync with the School. Class strength is around **-** students. There is no individual attention to the kids. Non verbal communication is allowed in class. Only Chatbox can be used for doubts.

I did not like it hence I dropped a mail on **th October(Within ** days of Trial Period) as well as communicated to Mentor Anjali that please cancel my daughter's enrollment.
I also sent the cancellation request on **rd Oct ****
Till now there is no update on this. And I am being told that it cannot be cancelled. And i will have to go ahead with this,
I want to talk to my Mentor Anjlai and Niket but I am not getting any response from them. There is no revert from either side. I have tried calling Niket so many times but he is not picking up my calls. I was being pressured to enroll ASAP. I kept getting so many calls to get the enrollment and was being told that if you don't like it then i can cancel it without any questions asked. And now there is no answer from his side.
This is very unprofessional behaviour and cannot be tolerated.
I got a call from Byjus Grievance that you will get a full refund within **-** days but its ** days but still i have not got my refund.
