BYJU'S - byjus not allowing to cancel the standard package

I have called byjus multiple times, my mother have called , they have also spoken to my younger brother for whom we had taken the class.
We had taken class for Jithin Jose - *th std, state syllabus. We had taken it in September and asked for cancellation before ** days trial period was over but it has been * months since and I am still paying the EMI as well. I am not willing to pay anymore for this useless program because neither they are helping the child nor he is able to do self study using your classes. Every time we make a phone call we have been receiving such irresponsible responses. I hope they will do the needful before this goes into the hands of law.
Cancel the program and EMI at once. We do not want anymore classes and if required we will send back the tab provided as well.
