I Am More Interesting To Join To Offline Classes For IES Studies, Got Call From Byjus Team About The Offline IES Classes. They Informed You Can Visit Our Tavarekere Main Road Opposite To Forum Mall And I Am Clearly Mentioning Looking For IES And Not An IAS. They Told We Have All The Classes. You Can Visit If It's Not Okay For You We Will Refund The Amount. They Told Overall Course Cost Is *****. Paid ***** Down Payment And Remaining Amount From EMI.

Visited The Class Next Day But It's Full Of IAS On The Same Day I Have Cancelled. Everything Is Done. Every Day Calling To Support And Cancellation Team And Sending Mail, But No Response. They Will Always Tell I Have Escalated The Issue You Will Get Call Back Within **-** Hrs, But I Am Not Getting Any Calls.

Please Help Me On To Refund The Amount And It's Very Urgent.
