BYJU'S - Byju s IAS Complaint

Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased Byju's IAS preparation course for my younger sister in Feb. at first they took ***** rupees after that they took **** on EMI they said that they will provide every benefit including on time mentors, teachers support, doubt support and other helps including regular classes and books. But after we purchased the course and gave EMI for * months they didn't send books and classes are also not regular no mentor support and no time table they are also not stopping EMI they take money and after that they don't even provide facilities not even classes they don't even receive calls for help. When they have to take EMI they call and if we complain about them they say after payment send the receipt we will resolve it but they don't resolve anythin.
So I hereby request you all to please help us . My father is handicapped and my mother is cancer patient somehow we collected money for my sister study but they are just fraudsters not providing the given benefits.
