- BWSSB Excess billing coercion to simply Pay the bill Open
Satyanaraya filed this complaint against BSWWB on May 29, 2023
BWSSB Officials ( no identity cards displayed) had changed the water meter in December ****.
Suddenly the monthly bills ( around ₹***/- to ***/- ) shot up to around ₹****/- per month from the very next billing cycle.
Repeated letters to the BWSSB office have met with no response
We will not pay the excessive bills until BWSSB accepts, IN WRITING, that their meyer change is the cause
Added to this: * ( at least ) men from the BWSSB Accounts office came to the house ( some with ID , some without) to again repeat their sole demand: " Pay the bill pay the bill pay the bill"
