Shefalika Thapa filed complaint against Redbus online booking on Jan 10, 2020
I booked a seat in HRTC bus from Redbus going from Delhi to Dharamshala on **nd Oct ****. * days before the journey, I got a text message as well as an e-mail from HRTC that the bus service has been cancelled. I called up redbus to confirm the same to which they suggested me to book another ticket and the cancelled one will be refunded within ** hours. I called them again and again, talking to different executives but they did not refund me the amount. It has been over * months and still no refund. Finally, they told me to go to the HRTC counter and show them the cancellation proofs so that they can refund the amount. I went to the counter and they told me that since the transaction was online, they cannot refund it in the counter. I told the same to the customer care of redbus and still no positive response. I have been struggling to get my refund back since * months.
