I am writing to bring to your attention the issues I encountered during my recent journey with GSRTC. On May *, ****, I booked an online ticket for a journey from Pavagadh to Vasad, scheduled for *:** PM. Unfortunately, the bus did not arrive as per the designated time, and I was forced to wait until *:** PM without any update or communication from your end.
Furthermore, I had specifically booked seats numbered *, **, **, and ** for myself and my accompanying passengers. However, due to the delay, we were left inconvenienced and unsure if the bus would arrive at all. The lack of information and the subsequent delay caused great frustration and wasted our valuable time.
In light of these issues, I promptly lodged a refund request through the GSRTC complaint portal. To my disappointment, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from their team regarding my refund request. Despite raising the ticket twice, I am yet to receive any communication from your side regarding the status of my complaint or the refund process.
I must express my disappointment with the lack of customer service and the failure to address my concerns promptly. As a loyal customer of GSRTC, I believe it is essential to maintain a high standard of service delivery, especially when it comes to adhering to departure schedules and addressing customer grievances.
Therefore, I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a swift response from your customer service team regarding my refund request and a resolution to the inconvenience caused. Additionally, I would appreciate clear communication regarding the steps being taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
If my concerns and grievances are not adequately addressed within a reasonable time frame, I may be compelled to escalate this matter further to the appropriate authorities and seek redress through legal channels. However, I hope that such measures will not be necessary, and that we can resolve this matter amicably.
I have attached a copy of my ticket with the relevant details, including the OB Number GS******** and PRN NO G*********, for your reference and verification. I trust that you will give this matter your immediate attention and provide a prompt resolution.
