Sai Rucha Tours and Travels Red Bus - Bus Journey Cancelled

I have booked my Journey **/**/**, *:** PM via Red Bus from Ahmednagar to Mapusa Goa. I have opted for Sai Rucha Tours and Travels.
Below are the detials of the confirmation via email and whatsup
Ticket Number: TRBA******** | PNR No: *********.

On the day of my journey * November I also got an email on Wed, Nov *, **:** PM from the Red bus. Also got a text message at **.**pm to track my bus along with the ticket.
And a text message from Sai Rucha at **.**pm to track my bus route for the journey.

I got another email from the red bus at
Wed, Nov *, *:** PM for the journey confirmation

When I reached the destination and my husband called the Sai Rucha traveler operator at **.**pm then, he told him that the bus route has changed, so will cancel your ticket and will refund your money.
When He asks the operator why the bus route is changed? He replied that the Bus is been canceled because the route is been changed from last ** days. And the routes have been diverted because of damaged road routes.
Whereas I have observed that all other traveler bus has been passing by from the same routes.

My question here is in Maharashtra which road is in good condition to travel along? And if this was the issue why it was not escalated or communicated with the redbus and us?
Why my journey was canceled at the end movement? why there was no communication between the operator and redbus.
What is the meaning of planning the journey in advance and booking the tickets online? If we are not getting enough information in advance.

Immediately we kept the call i got an email from Redbus at Wed, Nov *, *:** PM. Stating that Your bus has been canceled and a refund is initiated.
Immediately after this incident, I called to RedBus customer support at **.** pm. The customer support answers my call after a long waiting time. After that, he had a conversation with Sai Rucha operator and put me on hold.
Then customer care gives the same reason and ask me to arrange the journey at my own risk.

I have mentally stressed after speaking to customer support for more than **min, I was requesting them to give me another option for my journey. At the same time, I was unable to find any suitable ride in the middle of the highway in the middle of the night.

I did not get any update from the Sai Rucha travels and red Bus until I called the bus operator at **.** pm after reaching the destination to board my bus. Infact I was getting the contuinues message that my journey is confirmed and also able to track the bus.
My Journey was canceled and a refund was initiated at **.** pm without my confirmation.

The concern is not about the refund. It's all about this big short company and its policies. If there is anything wrong from the customer side, they deduct the money in the name of policies.

But When they do not follow their own procedure and leave the customer in the middle of the highway than who is responsible?
