Redbus online booking Gangotri travels

I have booked a ticket from RedBus App from Rajahmundry to nellore On **st October **** after booking I got a ticket Confirmation in which there is no contact Number of Bus driver. It came with boarding point contact number and redbus helpline number. I have reached boarding point **mins prior to the mentioned time and I have waited there for *.*hrs As it is late for *.*hrs and I am tracking the bus online I have seen the bus is taking other route which doesn’t cover the boarding point and I was on the highway without any vehicle, help and with my luggage. I tried to reach the number that I got from message and no one responded I have tried at least **times also I have requested helpline members to provide the driver number or the contact the travels person so that they can know That I am waiting and they should come to boarding point helpline members argued with me that the agency members are not responding so take another means and reach the destination i have explained my situation to them that it’s *’O clock in the morning and I have no money left with me And I can’t go anywhere I have spent So much money to book my ticket and I have tight schedule the next morning and I have waited on the highway for *-*hrs till next day morning and I was exhausted physically and mentally They said they have registered the complaint and they will refund me within **hrs but it’s Been already *days I got no refund
