Redbus And Neugo - Bus cancelled without prior notice after waiting 30 minutes for the bus at the boarding point

I booked * ticket of bus (NeuGo) from Dehradun to Delhi (**:** PM, **th April, ****) first of all the link provided by the redbus for bmthe djrections to the boarding point was locating wrong direction, the direction didn't matched the location mentioned in words on the bus details pdf, I had to suffer finding the real location of the boarding point and also had to pay a little extra money to the Cab Driver for the inconvenience after that when reached the boarding point, me and my mate were waiting for the bus with fellow passengers for about ** minutes while trying to call the only tollfree number provided by the Redbus, but no response from that number, we also tried contacting the RedBus customer care but the chat was closed once after saying wait ** minuted and a link to track the bus which was not working and displaying (unable to locate the bus) then tried contacting again but it shows no agents available for connect and gave me an option to retry after sometime or create a case so I created a case, then I recieved a mail from redbus stating that they have resolved the issue even though no resolution was provided, then suddenly a person from the Rao Travels office (outside which we were standing and an official partner of NeuGo) came outside and said the bus is cancelled end disappeared within seconds, we still waited a little longer as there was still no update officially on Redbus, bht after waiting till so long we had to give up on our hopes but all this thing made me lose a lot of my money also me and my mate was not much familiar with Dehradun so we were mentally stressed about the situation as we were short on money for stay and there was no other option for travel till * in the morning as it was the last bus available, also we had our Interview scheduled in delhi NCR for the coming mornjng which we now can't give because of NeuGo and Redbus, also our parents are too stressed as we are two friends with no elderly person with us standing helpless in an unknown city at midnight, all this gave me and my friend a lot of financial and mental torture for which I want RedBus and NeuGo to suffer, they don't know how much difficult is to even get an Interview call these days, this will always feel like a missd career opportunity for me, I want NeuGo and RedBus suffer for this as harsh as they can.
