KRISHNA BHAVAN HINDU HOTEL
- Burt food recieved with foul smell Open
This is to inform you that I ordered VEG KOLHAPURI from KRISHNA BHAVAN HINDU HOTEL (Byculla) when I received my order I was shocked to see that the order was packed in a thin plastic bag and on top of that my order was burnt and there was a foul smell inside the food. That's a serious issue as it is related to food and it's really disgusting that your customer service offers a coupon of **/- in the name of compensation. Does it even make sense? Does that coupon cost more than life? I want VOXYA to look after this issue very strictly and take the required action against the restaurant (KRISHNA BHAVAN HINDU HOTEL) or else I'll take this matter ahead.
