On a trip to pay respects to my freinds father i went from Gurugram to Sudhar & back using the toll roads built by NHAI. I paid close to INR **** as tolls & yet NHAI does not give us pothole free road. My car hit a pothole (around * pm & the road was dark) which was not visible from a distance & NHAI had not made any safety mark on the pothole.
It could have been a fatal accident but luckily there were no injuries.
The tyre was unusable & a new one had to be purchased.
I want full compensation for the tyre replacement, refund of the tolls paid & legal costs incurred to recover my monies.
