Abisky Ritkriti Projects - Builder not ready to give possession and compensation

I purchased a flat at Suburbia Eastate, Lonikand, Pune from Developer name Abisky-Ritkriti Projects in July ****. As per the agreement possession was in August ****. but builder not ready to give possession till date. I told him to cancel the flat and return my money with interest but he simply refused that. As per my meeting with builder in February ****, he promised to give monthly rent in amount of Rs. ****/- per month as a compensation. Rent amount should be start from January **** but I did not received a single money from him till date. Builder totally closed his construction work now days and his employees not given proper answer regarding the same. Kindly help me to back my hard money invested in project.
