- BSNL internet pack sudden change Open
I have been using BSNL sim card for many days and I had recently done an internet recharge of Rs *** on **-**-****. This pack had a validity of * months with *.** GB internet/ day. Suddenly from *st of July BSNL has changed my plan to *.*gb/ day. When I called the customer care they told me it was the decision of company management and we cannot do anything in this case. They said if you want more data you have to recharge again for another plan. This was a clear violation of the terms of the plan and its validity. This is a breach of the legal contract between the customer and a service provider which has affected me mentally as well as economically. Please look into the complaint and get it resolved as soon as possible.
