Hindware - broken washbasins and pots

Since taking of possession of flat in **** all the wash basins and pots of all eight flats started getting cracks and getting broken complaint lodged by builder NForce Valencia and flat owners through email and phone calls many many times .People from company visits and every time assures that they will replace but so far not done .
