Nextra Broadband - Broadband security not refunded in 5 months

I have been chasing with Nextra broadband guys since after discontinuing my broadband connection in Feb'** for a refund of **** Rs security deposit. However, despite **-** followups on phone and email they are not at all bothered to resolve my grievance. Only giving fake typical assurances that they are working for resolving my issue. The same is not done in * months. Please help me.
