i pay my emi on *th oct,**** by online through idfc first loan app payment but the next his agent call you don not pay your emi pay otherwise i charge bounce charged i told him sir i yesterday paid and i gave my transaction id to him for updation and they said ok but he did not update it and ** calls i received in a day and all tele operator for pay your emi and i gave all the operators my transaction id for updation but they did not update after that they charge me **** and deducted amount with my bank *** and *** two times i pay again **** then they charge me again **** after that his caller operator call me they said on ** the oct pay **** otherwise we charge you more *** and even they did not update my emi in today date i pay *,*** rupee even they not update my emi and every day i lost my credit points and mental and financial suffer please tell me the solution of this thank you
