I had purchased TVS Ntorq *** race edition on **/**/****. Within a year, the battery complaint had started which is still ongoing. I have taken the scooter from the service center (from the place I purchased) (Preetham Motors) atleast * times regarding the same issue. Battery was replaced with a new one and still I experience the same issue. I am an IT employee who needs to report to work on a daily basis and my total dependence is on my scooter to travel. Since this has become a big issue, I strongly feel that this time an action is to be taken. Despite being to the service station * times, the manager and the technicians states "battery was down, no more complaints will re-occur" All the time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
